Refund Policy

We stand behind every Clean. piece. Each item is printed on demand just for you.

14-day returns

• You can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
• To start a return, email clean.period@usa.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• Need a different size? Return the item and place a new order for the size you need.
• Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery at clean.period@usa.com.
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
• We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to ship the item back.

Not eligible for return

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Lost or undelivered orders

• If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll make it right.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
