Refund Policy

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you are paying with a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. All custom shirts do not accept returns unless there is a defect or an error in the order. If a customer receives a defective product or an item that was not as described, they can request a return or exchange within 3-4 weeks of receiving the item. Please ask customers to provide photographic evidence of the defect or error when submitting a return request.
